First Communion & First Reconciliation

  This is registration for First Reconciliation & First Communion. If multiple children need these sacraments, please submit one form per child. There is a $50 sacramental fee per child. If your child attends Blessed Sacrament School, this will be charged via FACTS. If not, we will separately collect your fee via email at a later date.
